Access to the network : 35 days
During this time the subscriber can receive
and make calls as log as there is sufficient
balance in the account.
Should the subscriber recharge in 35 days,
the subscriber's access to the network
accumulates by further 35 days.
Should the subscriber not recharge in 35
days, he or she will only be able to receive
calls for further 15 days. Only calls to the
Call Center (124), Fault Desk (140),
Recharge Desk (120) and Balance Enquiry
(122) will be possible. The balance that the
subscriber had in the account at the end of
the 35days will be frozen. Balance in the
account is frozen until such time that the
subscriber recharges with airtime. If the
subscriber recharges within that 15 days
period, the frozen amount will become
available and will be added to the recharge
amount.
Failure to recharge within that 35 + 15 day
(=50 days) period, the subscriber is then
terminated. This means that the subscriber
will not be able to make or receive calls.
Any positive balance will be lost.
