Use
this service to register a phone number that will ring
the minute the handset is lifted. This is done without
the customer actually dialling the number.
This is beneficial to children or the aged who may need
help or those who battle to remember a commonly dialled

Call transfer
Use this service when you are planning to be out of the
office or home. Program your handset to transfer or
divert the call to another phone. |
Call transfer busy
If your
telephone is busy, your calls can be automatically
transferred to another number, if that number is busy
the call can even be diverted to another number. etc,etc. |
Last number redial
Use to
dial the last number you dialed. Once you press a
designated button, the last number you dialed shall be
automatically re-dialled. There is no charge for this
service. |
Absent subscriber
Program
the handset to inform callers that you are unable to
answer the phone at that time |
Enquiry call
If you are on the phone and you require some information
from a colleague, you no longer need to put the phone
down and dial his or her number. Dial that number whilst
talking on the phone |
3 way conference call
Talk with 3 people who can all be in different locations
at the same time. |
Barring out going calls per line
You can
use this service to bar out going calls. You may request
us to disable outgoing calls due to you being away,
until you return. |
Electronic lock
You can
bar out going calls by locking your hand set with a
secret number/code. A once-off fee is payable to
activate the service. |
Hotline-time delayed ring
Works
like a hotline i.e. it is programmed to call only a
pre-determined number. A delayed hotline may call other
number not programmed but the caller need to dial
immediately he picks up a set otherwise it will
terminate at the programmed number. |
Call transfer no answer
This
service is tailor made to transfer calls to another
number if there is no answer. |
Call waiting
This
service allows you to have the benefit of 2 lines
without actually applying for the 2nd. When someone
tries to call your number and you are speaking on the
phone, the handset will indicate to you by beeping
sounds that you have a call waiting. |
Don’t disturb
Program
your handset to activate the “busy” tone to those trying
to call you. No one not even a Telecom Lesotho operator
can call you when this is activated.
This is beneficial to those individuals busy in meetings
or even those people just needing a “break” |

Shuttle enquiry call
This
service is designed to shuttle between 2 telephones
without cutting any of them off. You may switch over
between them and the conversation will be between the 2
people talking whilst the other is call “waiting". |
Malicious call tracing
You can now inform Telecom Lesotho of any harassing or
anonymous calls you may be receiving. Telecom Lesotho
can trace those calls and put the culprit to task. |
Abbreviated dialling
You can
conveniently dial a shortened regularly dialled number
to safe time and energy. |
